Life endures

I have begun to do more physical work around the house, between the rainy bits and job hunting. I'm now nearly able to vacuum the whole house before getting tired/bored. The dirty windows beckon and taunt me with their lack of attention. The dogs are getting walked on a semi regular basis but they do mess and stink up the place at times. The cats aren't much better, but you can't yell at them, can you? The old XP box now dual boots, so I have an XP system, and a play Win7 system so I'll be doing a bit of learning along the way. I've also created an Ubuntu USB boot disk, but I haven't tested it fully, as Casey is taki...

Another busy weekend, filled with housework, taxi-ing children about from place to place, a bit of gardening (light) some pet walking and ball kicking. Still watched too much TV, but hey, with the Pay TV pouring all my current current favourite TV shows into my recorder, I have to watch it or lose it... I did manage to burn the Classic Album series onto DVD to be watched at my leisure in the distant future...
